Where do you ship from?

Our primary warehouse is located in Sydney, NSW, Australia. Orders are fulfilled from this location, and we work with logistics partners to support delivery across Australia.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders placed after 2 PM AEST are dispatched the next business day. Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Shipping time: 3–7 business days (Monday to Friday).

Do I get a tracking number?

Yes — a tracking number is provided once your order has been shipped. Tracking details arrive within 1–4 business days after processing, included in your shipping confirmation email.

What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?

If your order doesn’t arrive — which rarely happens — we’ll issue a full refund or send a replacement shipment at no extra cost.

Are packages sent securely?

All packages are carefully prepared and securely packaged to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. We use industry-standard protective materials and perform quality checks before dispatch.

Does your shipping method protect the product?

All products undergo batch-specific quality control testing before release, with certificates of analysis available containing purity data and molecular weight identification.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations, returns, and exchanges may be accepted before an order has been dispatched. Once shipped, returns cannot be processed. Contact us within 48 hours of order confirmation with your order number.

How should I store bacteriostatic water?

Unopened vials can be stored at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Once a vial has been punctured, store it in a refrigerator at 2–8 degrees Celsius and use the remaining contents within 28 days.

What is your bacteriostatic water made of?

Our bacteriostatic water is sterile water for injection preserved with 0.9% benzyl alcohol, produced under sterile conditions. Every batch is quality-checked, and supporting lab reports are available on our Certificate of Analysis page.
