Service Area

We ship Australia-wide. All orders qualify for free shipping — no postage fees are charged.

Processing & Delivery

  • Processing: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Delivery: 3–7 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Sydney time) are processed the same day; later orders are processed the next business day

Carriers & Tracking

Shipments are sent via StarTrack and FedEx. You will receive a confirmation email with your order and payment details, followed by a tracking number when your order is dispatched. If tracking has not arrived within 4 business days, please contact support.

Order Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse orders due to incomplete information, suspected fraud, or payment verification issues. Pricing errors may result in cancellation even after confirmation and payment. Custom products require separate specification confirmation before processing.
