We ship Australia-wide. Shipping is free on orders over $99. Orders under $99 are charged a flat Australia Post rate, with Express Post available; the exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing & Delivery

• Processing: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
• Delivery: 3–7 business days (Monday to Friday)
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Sydney time) are processed the same day; later orders are processed the next business day

Carriers & Tracking

Shipments are sent via Australia Post (Standard or Express Post). You will receive a confirmation email with your order and payment details, followed by a tracking number when your order is dispatched. If tracking has not arrived within 4 business days, please contact support.

We reserve the right to refuse orders due to incomplete information, suspected fraud, or payment verification issues. Pricing errors may result in cancellation even after confirmation and payment. Custom products require separate specification confirmation before processing.
